In case you've never been to The Mad Bean here's a little video we put together prior to our Coffee & Desert Pairing evening to give you an idea of what we're all about. Watching this doesn't let you out of actually coming here sometime though.

ART

We change up our installations monthly and usually have 2 or 3 artists and or photographers showing at a time. If you'd likes to have your work displayed for the masses drop by or send us an email and we'll be happy to chat. To see a bunch of our art - past and present - click here.

MUSIC

Want to play at The Mad Bean? Well between you and me if you're okay with playing for free then you've passed the audition. Well done! We'll ply you with all the coffee you can drink; a dessert or two; put a tip jar out for you and peddle your latest CD. We've found that Saturday or Sunday afternoons work best but if you're going to have an entourage of 10 or more fans, friends, groupies etc. then book a Friday or Saturday night.

BOOKS

We have an ever changing selection of books for reading in-house (shake the crumbs out when you're done please) or you can purchase them. Buy 10 they're cheap! If you'd like to donate books we'll be happy to take them off your hands.
